I think at the age of your babies it's a good idea to introduce something that gives them a bit more use of their hands so they can use their arms/hands to push up when rolling :) Before they are rolling we used the miracle wrap and our houdini didn't escape but once he started escaping that and didn't sleep well we used the Peke Moe! :)

Cut in half and hemmed. (or just folded over) This would be to swaddle.

I would then use another sheet and put it under the mattress ie sheet on base of cot and hanging over rail then put mattress on top. Then I would pull it tight and it wouldn't pull out from under the mattress and then pull it tight over bubs and tuck it in. The single sheet needs to be long ways accross cot not the traditional way that you would make a bed. This worked like a safety sleep as there was no way bubs was moving. Sheet has to be completely under the mattress so that you end up wrapping the mattress with bubs in it IYGWIM.

Hope it helps.

You can get them from Baby City and a few other places I think.

I think Lexiesmumma wraps the same way I wrap Ben. You have the wrap in a triangle with the long straight side at the top and the point at their feet. Place their shoulders long the straight side with their arms down their sides. Take the corner to the left of them and wrap it straight across their body and tuck it as far under/around them as possible. Do the same with the corner to the right of them. Clear as mud?
The GR8X wraps are really stretchy and you can wrap them quite tightly. Ben very rarely gets out of it, usually I go to get him when he wakes and he is still lying perfectly wrapped
