Feeling much better today though still a little twingy on my right side. mine came back at about 10.5 months and I had about a month funny pains down there before it arrived.... sounds like it might be on it's way!

Watery CM is a sign of OV & your most fertile time.

I can not comment on first AF after baby & I had beading for 6 weeks after the births & then AF back 4 weeks later.

I always recommend a Dr visit if worried...better than self diagnosing

Im not TTC yet but thought this would be the best place to ask....

The past 3 days I have had a dull ache in my lower tummy, and when I push on it it sort of feels bruised. It doesnt seem to be one side or the other though. I have also noticed quite watery CM and my lower back is quite achey. Im not pregnant as we use contraception.
Is this ovulation pain or my body gearing up for an almighty first period after baby? Or is it something else that I need to go to the doctor about...?
