    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18078">caliandjack</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 34414<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01 July 2010 at 11:13am<br /><br /><P align=left>My new month is going to be a challenging one, as DH is leaving me on Saturday.<BR><BR>Goals are to study and get my assignments done and in before they're due.<BR>Get more of DDs Winnie the Pooh cross stitch done.<BR>Make sure I eat properly and healthy, seeing as it will only be me to cook for.<BR>Try and get out at least once a week and socialise so I don't feel too lonely. <BR><BR>I found having fruit at work helped as that's where I tend to snack, I found mandarins and small fruit the best. At a pinch there is also dried fruit or tinned fruit. I like the fruit in jellys. <BR><BR>I brush my teeth straight after having my shower at night, everything is in the same location. </P><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by caliandjack</span>]]>

What I need&nbsp;now is the motivation to stick at them. Any ideas???</P><P align=left>My goals that I have are:</P><UL><LI><DIV align=left>Eat at least 2 peices of fruit a day - I am shocking and hardly eat fruit.</DIV></LI><LI><DIV align=left>Complete weeks 2-5 of the C25 programme - had to stop last week cos of Josh and his surgery.</DIV></LI><LI><DIV align=left>Brush my teeth every night - again shocking at brushing them at all <IMG src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0">, but the kids are great at doing theirs.</DIV></LI><LI><DIV align=left>Drink more water.</DIV></LI></UL>]]>
