I remember that... I was so worried my tummy woudl always be as flabby and jiggly... I just felt flabby- not pregnant!! It goes away!!! <br />I worked out alot- cardio.. etc...everyday... and that made me feel heaps better... although I felt bloated for a while! <br /><br />it does go away though- it doesnt last long :o) <br />Still drink water as bubs and you really need it! ]]>

I hated that part of pregnancy.<br /><br />I would chew a couple of double strength mylanta(totally safe for pregnancy, I ate them like lollies as I suffered really bad wind pain during pregnancy), and they would help! <br /><br />And like Chickoin said, going for a walk helps and some light exercise of an kind really.<br />And stay away from foods that make bloating/gas worse.]]>
