we had beef and cheese sausages, the 'real' kind, not precooked stuff!

We are having coconut chicken curry with poppadoms. Just diced chicken browned in fry pan, add veges (e.g. carrots, capsicum, onion, mushrooms, courgette) and stir fry for another few minutes, add 1-2 tablespoons of Pataks tikka marsala paste (or any red curry paste) and stir through then about 1/2-2/3's of a 420ml can of lite coconut cream. Let simmer for about 10 minutes and serve with rice and poppadoms. Ooh Cowboy Hotpot! You basically just chuck whatever you want in...

We do onions, carrots, corn, peas, potatoes, baked beans, smoked cheese, tomato sauce... Anything really and it's really tasty!

Tonight we are having cowboy casserole, really yummy, easy to make and it's one of DH's favourites. Plus it's cheap, mince, beans, macaroni, spices and it does us for two nights - god bless the two night meals!

Favourtites in our house were anything with cheese... Mac cheese, Homemade pizza, chicken fettucini...

Last night we had the Best Chicken Curry for the second time in a week, should be on the first page of the food and recipes section.

Not sure what we're having tonight though...

ETA: Were is because if I eat cheese it doesn't agree with dd!
