Thats exactly how the pain relief should be done! They are all fine together - no interaction at all
I give nurofen three times a day and then paracetamol if my girl appears a little un settled and at bedtime for an extra boost providing she hasnt had paracetamol for more than 4 hours

Jackson has a chest infection and has been given AntiBs for it. He also has a (sorry TMI) snotty nose and general grumpiness.
