We have a Moby, a Kozy and an Ergo. I love the Kozy most. I find it's the easiest to put on and the most comfortable to wear. I am a size 6-8 and I wear it for hours at a time (and DS is just over 10kg)

DP prefers the Ergo but it may just be that it looks a bit "manlier". I also think it's easier for him to hip-scoot DS around to his back because he has more space to work with because he is way taller than me. I love the Kozy because you don't have to hip scoot - just hook it tightly under the arms and gently swing around to back. It's awesome - did I mention I love it?

ETA - Although - DP does use the Kozy every now and again. They were very helpful, there is a bit of nack to undoing the buckle (safety thing) and i emailed her as i couldn't do it and she emailed back in less that 10minutes with exact instructions. Was very impressed.
I also use a wrap but my girl got too long and i couldn't carry her on my front anymore without her legs bumping my knees, im not very tall.
I can also easily carry my 22month old on my back in the manduca. He weighs 14kgs (or there abouts). I have a bad back too and find it great.
When henry was younger i had a expensive baby borjn front pack - once he was 2months old i couldn't carry him anymore and had to see a oesteopath for my neck.
i have worn the manduca to one of my oesteopath appointments and got her to confirm that it wouldn't do any damage to my back and she said it was great!
Anyway i highly recommend the manduca.
