I had to have five iron injections after DD was born, I had them over the course of two weeks.

The first time I cried before they gave it to me as I was feeling so rough. But it didn't hurt at all. They do warn you though that it can stain your skin. I was ok on all five though.

Doesn't hurt :)

Yeah I'm at the point where I'm feeling so crap I just don't care if my bum hurts, I want the levels up asap!
My stupid doctor is mucking around about prescribing them for me because she thinks they will be too sore??

I asked this question when i was pregs with bella as I was going to ahve to have some. Aparently you just have a sore butt for a while

Or is it just like any other injection in the bum, like a bruised sort of feeling for a bit after?
