    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18915">Raspberryjam</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 33982<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13 June 2010 at 10:19pm<br /><br />All supplements will have an expiry date Tysmummy - have a look at the base of the jar - with a batch number<br /><br />Omega and immnuofort are great for preventing winter chills for sure, but there are a few conditions which are supported by a healthy bacteria balance in the tum - without being on anti biotics - that probiotics are awesome for <br /><br />My little girl has only been in care 2 weeks and has a snotty nose already Becm - so I agree with tysmummy that there is only so much you can do to avoid winter snuffles - but there are immuno support liquids on the market to help little ones out  though - Id have a chat to someone at the health store or a natropath (sp) in addition to using a probiotic - although I do recommend them for helping to  cope with tummy bugs which could be rather nasty for an under 2 <br /><br />]]>

He had yucky nappies from the AB's and within 2 days of taking the probiotics they were back to normal. They are expensive though so wouldn't use it as an everyday thing. $30 for a bottle. I just mixed the powder in with his breakfast cereal or yoghurt. ]]>
