Hi Chelle.... my recommendation is to try Vitamin B6....  it works wonders for improving a menstrual cycle and has a lot of other benefits as well.

I went to a Chinese Doctor who gave me some natural herb pills - my AD went from every 36 days to 28 days straight away and I was pregnant the next month.

I had never been interested in CHinese Medicine but a friend suggested after she went for her knee and now i tell everyone I know! Vitex is a natural supplement you can try to regulate long cycles and it's alos used to balance out any hormone imbalances. I've also heard that some people have done acupuncture that helped too. Then there's always the good old advice GP's give everyone, eat right, exercise regularly blah blah blah!
