Sam was given a book called 'Za-Za's Baby Brother'.

I loved the "There's a house inside my Mummy" book as well. Sam renamed all the characters to fit her life and still loves to read about how her Bubba was in my tummy
The other one she loved which wasn't so much about pregnancy as having a sibling is the Mercy Mayer little monster book called "Just me and my little brother".
