I wasted my money on those advent ones- I found them useless cos I leak heaps! I never had a huge overflow with Hollie, ample supply but they didn't get that wet. I figure when I'm at home I can change them plenty. For mulling about the house I'm not paying for disposables.

I thought about making them but then decided that the avent ones were so nice that it was easier to just buy them...they are nice and soft and have a nice lace outer to them...they are about $12 or something over here for 6, so I got two packets and that is a good amount.

Fleece and flannelette would never have been enough for me! Anyway I'm making breastpads with a sewing machine, no overlocker, and no pul. I have fleece and flannette available. What is the best way to go about it?
