Green poo is very green. If you are worried, feed him again off that one side if you are feeding in a short space of time.

My boy changed and started having drier nappys during parts of the day. Hi, I have been a bit worried about my milk supply lately. Around 5pm time at his usual change, his nappy is not very wet. I know the quality and quantity of our milk supply drops in the afternoon but I wonder if it is too much. Not sure about his weight gains as haven't been able to get to Plunket to check.

Anyway, I just wanted to ask a couple of questions:

1. Has anyone had this experience of dry-er nappies in the afternoon/evening? If so - was it anything you worried about - anything that helped?

2. What colour exactly is green poo? Is it green or more of a khaki colour - he had a yellow/khaki colour tonight and I was wondering if it was considered "green poo." If it is, perhaps he's just getting my foremilk - what can I do about that?

3. I am planning to start him on solids this week in the hope that it might help... but was thinking this might just increase his poos rather than increasing his wet nappies?
