Yesterday he did 7 so not quite so bad.&nbsp; We are also going to try him on a low loctose formula for a week so see if that makes a difference.&nbsp; Goats milk contains lactose too so if the new formula doesnt help our next step will be soy.</P><P>They told me that babies can get secondary lactose intolerance after having another infection.&nbsp; It normally lasts a month or so, so hoping thats all it is.</P>]]>

I think it's time to explore other options.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18107">sarahm</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 32587<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30 March 2010 at 8:13pm<br /><br /><P>Floyd has had runny bum as I call it on and off for the last month, it stops for a day or two then comes back.&nbsp; We have sent 3 different samples off to the lab that have all come back clear.</P><P>As he has an underlying immune problem I keep going backwards and forwards to the Dr, he however doesnt think anything is wrong.&nbsp; He said that Floyd seems happy enough, hes eating and drinking, his bum isnt to red (Ive been putting cream on it non stop)&nbsp; He just keeps saying its a virus yet no one else has caught it which to me seems a bit strange (we went to coffee group last week as he had a 'good' couple of days, plus there were other children at his birthday party)</P><P>Surely 15 poos in one day isnt normal!!&nbsp; Would you take him to another Dr or ring Starship to see if I can speak to the haematologist we have been seeing (we go back on the 13th)</P><P>Sorry for the rant just soooooo over changing nappies</P>]]>
