I'm sure her bad day sleeping is affecting her night sleeping. There's nothing else that's changed.]]>

I'd believe it might be a good idea for a child but not a baby!]]>

Bugger that, I think they are crazy. Jackson slept 7pm to 5am from 9 weeks to 4 months then started waking again, sometimes up to 2 times a night. But for the last week he's started doing 7pm to 5am again! <br /><br />I would never keep him up all day, he'd be ropable. IE, the more they sleep, the more likely they are to sleep.<BR><BR>Plus trying to get an overtired baby to sleep is excruciating and highly stressful for both parties.<BR><BR>Not my idea of fun.]]>

Depends on the time of day and how the sleep before was. I just watch for tired signs and put him to sleep. I wouldnt keep him up all day - I dont think he would sleep better at night.]]>

DS2 is 12 weeks and he is still only up for 1 hour to 1.5 hours tops before going back to bed during the day. A baby will sleep through the night when he/she is ready to. I think keeping a baby awake during the day like that, will cause a hell of a lot more problems, ie overtired, grumpy baby!<br />From memory, DS was having a nap every few hours at that age.]]>

Bearing in mind that the babies are all around Liams age, 10 weeks...<br />Poor babies must be exhausted?]]>
