Slipped disc really hurts. I managed to get to sleep around 4am and woken up again at 9am by the boys so wasn't to bad, Andrew knew I had a sore back so I think he let me sleep in this morning. For only 5 hours sleep I feel really good, back in bed thou again.

I have no idea what a slipped disc feels like but im sure it cant be nice.........    

Funny how we are soooo busy and the one time you dont have a choice but to be stuck in bed and you cant sleep.........blimmen typical aye!!!

So I can't sleep I have been up all day (be it in bed) with a slipped disc in my back. I have drugged myself and heat pack and the hot bath and still not working.
