You don't actually need any formal qualifications to do property management, a good understanding of the residential tenancy act is a must.

The Open Polytechnic or Massey. I'm doing a Bachelor of Business Studies through Massey at the moment, majoring in Valuation and Property Management - my background is in commercial and property law and insurance, and I wanted to extend on that knowledge.
