It shouldnt make you pass more urine but you do excrete what you dont need in your urine iykwim? Hi, I am recently on an extra amount of folic acid, 5mgs, and I now wee a lot, BUT I put that down the Elevit I am taking alongside it. I don't see how it would make you urinate more frequently as its just a B vitamin? Hi there,

I started taking FA a couple of weeks ago, and ever since have been experiencing the need to wee alot! There has not been any pain or discomfort.

Has anyone else had this..... or is it actually nothing to do with the Folic Acid? Maybe I need to go to the DR?
