Builders Crack - is a great sight which is good for finding builders etc. Although looks like you've already got two offers! I'm trying to get a builder to give us a quote (then hopefully doing the work) on doing 1-2 smallish jobs on our house (removing 1 internal wall and rearranging the laundry). The 4 builders I've rung and left messages with from the Yellow Pages haven't bothered to ring me back. We're in Mt Roskill in Auckland.
