Chemists sell a naturopharm medicine called "Milk Stop" this is also supposed to be quite effective. The cabbage leaves in your bra should help with the engorged, full feeling. Try not to express as this will encourage more milk to come through. If it starts to get painful, head to the Drs who can make sure everything is alright (ie, no mastitis etc) and prescribe you dopergin to dry up totally.
They are not uncomfortable but I don't want to get blocked ducts or worse mastitis. Should I try and express in the shower or just leave them to settle?

TIA
