Thats it in a nutshell!!!

I remember reading a book about sleep in Tom's early days. I dont think it was her's but it basically said "if your baby cries, and you want to pick it up, then pick it up. I saw this on Elizabeth Pantleys (Author of No Cry Sleep Solution etc.) FB page this morning and thought it was a something that every parent should read so I will share it here:
