I put moisturiser on my knees and ankles but don't rub it in completely and avoid those areas with the tan until the very end and then with hardly any lotion on my hands rub in the moisturiser. One application is all I need to get a tan. However, if I am not careful, it always goes darker just below my knees and on the top of my feet no matter how much I moisturise.

The other option is to go to a beauty place and get them to do it...its not too expensive....but again, exfoliate first.

If you are doing it yourself....remember to WASH YOUR HANDS after......especially scrub between your fingers.

I tend to turn orange really easily and these all seem to be the most oompa loompa proof :-)
