Once I hit 10 weeks, I would generally throw up several times a day :-( But if I threw up, i could just get on with my day afterwards, feeling a bit better.

I went though phases of different things working - but sea bands, ice blocks and constant nibbling worked best for me. i found none of the tablets (even herbals or metoclopramide) worked as I just chucked them up again.

Hope it doesn't last long for you - I thought mine would go on forever, but over the last couple of weeks it seems to have cleared up :-)

I would throw up daily but apart from a few hours I would feel alright the rest of the time.

Maddi, I only ever threw up a couple of times but it didnt help at all. With her I just had constant nausea but vary rarely threw up, I would almost have to make myself occasionally if I had eaten too much.

The first few weeks aren't the most enjoyable Hope it isn't too bad for you!
