Ive started doing it with preggy exercises. Much better than trying to go to the gym, and if you have 3 lots of 10 mins you can fit in a 30 min session. I would get up at 5 and go out for a walk and be back before the kids woke up. This usually coincided with when Elias woke and needed a feed anyway, so it worked out really well.

Now that I'm back at work (and in training) .. I get up at 4.30 am and Im at the gym to do cardio by 5am so that I can get to work on time (my husband is at home with the kidlets)

We also invested in a treadmill for home, so I can usually fit in a cardio session at night when the kidlets are asleep (because my husband is usually having his gym session at that time).

The only time I have available for just me to exercise is before DS gets up (bearing in mind he is up at 6am) or after he is in bed. As tired and lazy I feel at these times I think they are my only option. I would probably just go for a brisk walk. We don't have money in the budget for the gym and although I would love a Wii Fit that will have to wait until next Christmas probably.

So what do you guys do? I am keen to get a bit more active before this next bubba arrives because if I don't, then it will be another 2 years before I address it again
