I was just coming back on to say that the bag is a good investment if you are going to do lots of travelling but see that gypsnita wouldn't agree

You might have to fight them to get a plastic bag, as some of the check-in staff will swear black and blue that they don't have them but they do. is it a domestic flight or international? I'd be more inclined to use an old sheet and tie/tape it on instead of spending $100 on a cover! I'd also take the wheels off in case they get damaged.
I've only ever taken my cheap farmers one (dont have an expensive one) and it wasnt covered / wrapped and nothing happened to it.

Just wanting to know of any experiences with taking a pram on an air nz flight without some kind of cover. I have a dash and am not keen on spending $100 on a phil and teds cover for just one trip away. I wouldn't normally take the pram with me but need it for this trip.

Or, does anyone have any ideas of how I could protect it.
