Tom gets this too and I thought it might be eczema or an allergy to grass. Doc thought it looked like carpet burn

It might be sunscreen. Thomas is exactly the same! has he been hanging out in just a bodysuit? or shorts and a tee? maybe he's just rubbing against carpet or grass etc more than when fully clothed? arms and legs which I also notice looks a bit rashy today anyone got any idea what can be causing this?
