Thanks for that, kiwisj!  I'm thinking I will just go on how hot I feel at night-time.  Usually I don't sleep with more than a sheet, if at all during the humid months.  And I remember the others being really hot babies, even though the boys were born in winter they still didn't seem to need much clothing before feeling too hot.  And I rarely used a hat for them, unless going outside.

Yes, I was estatic when I found Gia's baby clothes.  I did sell majority of them, but these were the ones I couldn't sell.  And there are some cute outfits that I was given which I was thinking I wished I still had - and I did!!

Wow I'm soo stoked - I just found a couple of bags of baby girl clothes which I'd kept from Gia!!!  And she was born end of Oct (ekk she's coming up 4 in a few days!) so was wearing summery clothes as a baby.  Mainly sz 000, some 00 and some 0!  Awesome!  I think bubs will be set for the warmer months now!  Although they were all day clothing, cute little rompers.  So will still need a few more night-time suits.

Will save soo much though and I don't need to stress about not having enough now!

Yep I bought a sunhat just over the weekend actually!  This baby will be visiting the beach and park quite early, with having older children to entertain, although she will be in the pram with a sun cover on.

I was thinking of using the AIO's at night, and initially due to her waking to feed every few hours I can keep an eye on her temperture when I get up to her, to make sure she isn't too hot or cold, and she'll be sleeping in my room too.

Awesome, sounds like I was needlessly stressing about not having enough!

Although, i've just been through what I do have and they are mainly sz NB, and my babies tend to grow fast and aren't in that size for long... but at least I should have enough to last for the first few weeks or so.

I gathered she would only wear one layer, and when very newborn wrapped in a muslin wrap.  It will save heaps on the washing side of things - yay! 

I can't believe how I've forgotten even after having 3 babies, how many clothes I'll need!  I feel like I'm really unprepared! 

Did any of you use beanies at all?  Even for like after they're born?  Hospitals are always really warm anyway, so am thinking one won't be necessary??  What about for when you're out and about?

I'm having to start all over again when it comes to baby clothes.  I've sold majority of NB-1 clothing.  And I've never had a summer baby and can't for the life of me think of what a newborn would wear in summer!  How many layers etc.  Remembering I live in the Mount - not usually cold in summer. 

I have a few sets of bodysuits, a couple of AIO's and rompers.  I was waiting til I found out baby's sex before I went and bought anything else.  And I know girl's have cute little dresses, top and pant sets etc so would like to get some of those.

But can the ones that have had summer babies let me know their list of clothing items they had, and what was enough??  I don't want to go overboard with this being last baby (and famous last words too).  TIA!
