Paracetamol, ibuprofen, and diclofenac sodium are safe to take while BFing. Great thanks ladies. I will give the Panadol and Nurofen a go together and then check with my Dr next time I see him.

I second cuppatea - voltaren is all good. In fact, maybe try taking panadol and voltaren together (according to their separate instructions of course) and hopefully that might make a diff? I would definately talk to your doctor before taking anything more than Panadol.

I have my first AF since having Jackson and now need some pain relief. What is ok and whats not ok to take while breastfeeding? I know Panadol and Nurofen are ok but they dont usually work on me for AF.
