i found out i was pregnant when henry was 8months old. I was breastfeeding on demand at the time and he was feeding every 3hours during the day (roughly) but not feeding at night. I was also on the minipill.

edited to add that i did get my period back pretty much straight away so wasnt one of those lucky people where breastfeeding kept it away for a few months

A friend of mine got really tender boobs when she found out she was pregnant whilst breastfeeding. She ended up weaning as it was sooo painful having her toddler feed.

did you still get the bigger more tender boobs signs or not cause you were breastfeeding? i've always wondered!

I am trying. Not much luck though. I am trying hard to wean now, only feeding very seldom, once every 2 or 3 days.
Think I will have to wean completely.

I know quite a few people who have done it successfully, but there babies were sleeping through the night, which mine isn't.
