Ella it might have been that she was reacting to something in your milk. We had pooh like that every nappy. Solids has definitely helped sort that along with no dairy in our diets.

I was confused about this too. As Mika used to poo heaps (about 5 times a day) up till 5 months, and it was often VERY liquid. For a while she had pretty green poos too. Definitely smells acidic, like cuppatea said can be quite mucousy, and also will be more regular than normal poos.

Yeah, that was what I was told too, normal breastfed babies' poo is runny, usually yellow with very little lumps and smells sweet. If it's diaorreha it smells bad.
