It had been so sore I could hardly walk before I tore it though, and it hurt to sit down. After I tore it I had to be cut and restiched at 13 weeks post partum but was only sore for 3 days after that and things healed after being restiched. Sex was a bit uncomfortable the first couple of times but is fine now.

I found that great to put on a pad, it helps with healing and feels good if you keep it in the fridge! I was cut inside and out and from front to back and some and I could barely sit for the first week, sat on pillows all the second week and then felt good once i hit 14days. With just a ache if I did too much or went for a walk, sex stopped hurting at 6 weeks, only a little bit tender on my scar every now and then. My mw said thats pretty standard healing time....cuppatea have you had yours checked again I thought the pain would've gone for you by now, my internal (cut not tear though) stopped hurting at about 5 weeks?

Just listen to your body bun in the oven try not to over do it
