we use baby flannels at home and wipes when we are out. I have not found a wipe yet that doesnt give Jake nappy rash if used more than once or twice a day.

I never even thought of wetting the cloths and taking them with me LOL, might try that today.

I have a zip lock bag in our nappy bag that has curash powder, bepanthen, wipes, scented nappy bags and cotton wool squares in it. There is also a a change mat in the bag too.

I do need to get wet bag, I was at a demo done by Toni yesterday and honeychilds sell a wetbag with a wee bit of cloth on the inside that yiou can put teatree oil or something similiar to stop the smell. Josh had a sensitve bum and I used the blue Huggies wipes with him when out but used cloth wipes that I got from Stacey.

If you want to use something disposable, try buying Johnson & Johnson liners (or I've heard Chux cloths cut up work too) and wet them with water. If you have any tea tree oil, add a drop or two into a bowl of warm water and use that.
My son tends to get nappy rash from every store-bought brand of disposable wipes that we've tried.

Cloth nappy liners are great too, especially if you're likely to use rash creams. You can get flushable liners, or washable microfleece liners (you can cut up your own if you want). I'll be using cloth nappies for bubs, partly because we have a family history of sensitive skin. What do you use for wipes? Disposables/reusables?
If disposable, what brands are good, especially for sensitive skin?
If reusable, what are you using and how many do you have? Do you just wet them at changing time or do you use something in addition to water with them?

What else do I need for cloth nappies besides nappies and wipes? A bucket for the laundry? A wet-bag for when I am out (what does this look like? what is it made of?)? A clothes horse for rainy days

Anything else?
