I've never had a prob with my TT one, but when one of the gremlins Respisense monitors carked it randomly I called them and the lady came and dropped a new one off to my house that same day as I was so nervous about them sleeping without a monitor. All I can add is that even thought Ferrit no longer exists, the company that supplied the item will probably still be there. I have a TT reassurance monitor and the breathing monitor part has just suddenly stopped working. It was working for DD's avo nap and then at bedtime it was not working. I have switched it off and unplugged and tried again but nothing. Why do these things happen when DH is away??? I feel like my piece of mind is gone without the monitor working properly.

It was a gift from a friend who bought if from Ferrit which of course no longer exists, I am worried I won't be able to get it replaced or fixed.
