It lasts much longer than pamol (8 hours rather than 4) and can be used in conjunction with pamol as they are different.

Also could she be hungry? At 8 - 9 months the amount of solids should be on the increase so maybe offer a bit more food or add another meal if she is not on 3 plus snacks?

I've just had two nights in a row and even hubby who sleeps thru everything has also woken. We have one tooth thru and possibly another - but with the 1st one we only had one bad night. I have made sure we have a changed nappy, bongela (think my spelling isn't right there), paracare (which I hate using every night), and water/bottle - sometimes if she has had a bad drinking day. Normally she wakes up once a night and she is really easy to resettle. The only way has been to give in and put her is our bed and she goes off but if we move her back into the cot - she is wide awake again and won't take the dummy and I don't really want to put her is our bed. Does anyone have any tips????? Thanks
