I chose to not take it after ovulation however Rachel25 was taking it when she conceived Chelsea and she took it up until BFP and Chelsea is fine

I am pretty sure it is fine, but if you are really worried you could always stop once you were sure you had ovulated.

yea I agree with Freckle, there is so much conflicting info on Vitex... but there is consistent advice not to take it once you have a BFP or during AF.

There is heaps of conflicting info about when to stop taking it. I understand it's pretty safe to take until you get a bfp... and that's what I am doing. But some say you should stop taking when Ov is confirmed... I have started taking Vitex now to help regulate my AF. On the package it says not to take during pregnancy- does this mean that once I Ov I should stop taking it until next AF arrives (or BFN) or is it safe to take until I get a BFP?

Just curious as to what others do.
