No problems with bedtime at just before 7pm, however in saying that she wakes about 2-3 times at night still.. The late afternoon nap just became a headache!

Because DH does the evening feeds (to give me a break), he ends up in bed pretty late. About 7:30 - 8:00pm. Up at 7:00 - 7:30am.

He naps at about 10:00am and 2:30pm and each nap is an hour to an hour and a half.

Works well! Jackson can go for ages without a nap. A couple of weeks ago he missed his 2:30pm nap, we tried to put him down at 4, but he wasn't having a bar of it. Managed through to 7:00pm and was still as happy as.

Then he is awake the rest of the afternoon until he goes to bed for the night.

He has been very difficult with his day sleeps lately, Id love for him to have 2 sleeps, but he wont have a bar of it, some days he wont napt at all, so thats really tiring for me, but he will always sleep through the night!

So he is up 3-4 hours a time. And his tired signs are very apparent when it's nap time and he goes to bed, no fuss.

I was putting him to bed when it suited me, like every 2.5 hours, which he used to do when younger but now he is mostly awake and howls if I get nap time wrong.

So I'm following his lead now and I know him pretty well, I think.
