Bea, sorry to hear of your situation. Fertility is never a nice situation, but to be away from home sure does not help things.

My husband and I have been trying for just under five years. We have been going to a natural fertility clinic and have been blown away by the outcomes we have had and are now very hopeful we will actually be able to have the family we so desire.

I am not sure if it's something you would be interested in but check out their website and take it from there if you like

Im sorry to here your news, its not nice getting told something like that! My DH and I went through IFV, luckly for use he wasnt the problem.... but anyway Ive heard of a natural thing called Menevit especially for men with low sperm count etc... Im pretty sure you can buy it online. So have a look, Im sure its worth a go, Good luck!!

DH's first SA results came back 2 days ago and were no good.

Count and volume were normal, but motility was 25% and morphology was 6%.

I'm devastated.

I'm not from NZ. We have temporarily relocated here (in central Auckland) because of DH's work.

A Dr friend recommended that I consult a professional here on doing IUI. IUI costs approximately NZD200 per session in my home country, and we find it very costly at Fertility Associates Auckland (they charge $700 to $800 per session).

Does anyone have a more affordable recommendation for us? We would greatly appreciate it.
