I don't like to be hard on sleeping through until at least 6mos. Although she wakes usually at the same time, I think it is more hunger than habit - jusy like her daytime schedule.]]>

However he is now 10mths and wakes for the day at 5.30am and I might seriously consider the Wake to Sleep theory soon before I go mad!!!!!]]>

Not all bubbas can go through the middle of the night without a feed at that age. Mine certainly couldnt]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19996">george</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 27037<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17 June 2009 at 11:10am<br /><br />Just wondering if anyone had tried Tracey Hogg's 'wake-to-sleep' strategy from her book 'The Baby Whisperer Solves All Your Problems'?<br />My 3 and a half month old routinely wakes at 3am for a feed, even though she cluster feeds in the early evening and has a dream feed at around 10pm, so I think she is waking more out of habit than hunger. Tracey Hogg recommends to wake your baby an hour before she is due to wake in order to break the habit of waking at a certain time.]]>
