My son did this until he was 10 weeks old, anywhere from twice daily to once or twice a week. The amount tapered off and then he stopped, so I assume his 'pipes' matured.

It was stressful having to feed him again, but somehow I produced enough milk.

My midwife was fab while I still had her and she ruled out reflux (we tried gaviscon) but gave me feeding techniques etc to treat him as a bit reflux-y.

I was thinking wind too! He might have an air bubble that the milk is sitting on top of! Ruby used to do this all the time when she was a newborn, she had real trouble bringing up wind, My mw recommended Infacol drops a they seemed to do the trick, check with your mw or gp first though. Maddi used to do this when she was overfed but then once it all came out we had to start again becasue her tummy was empty.

I would just keep feeding him but try and maybe not feed him too much..

If he wants to feed, definitely keep feeding him. Maybe give him some gripe water or something as he may be having trouble with wind.

If he wants to feed, I'd continue feeding him.. Nova's had a couple of days that in the beginning and I just kept feeding her. If it continues or starts to really worry you, give your MW or GP a call
