But there are always exceptions to the rule so being aware of ovulation signs like what shezhoping said can't hurt either. As I was getting confused too.<br />I think the optimum is to have the sperm present when the egg is released as the egg only lives for 24-48 hours after being released.<br /><br />All advise says you should be bding 3-4 times a week, which is impossible for us at the moment as we only see each other on the weekend.]]>
