How old is your baby? If over 6mos I wouldn't bother, your body will accommodate it alright.]]>

That's what I used to do. Now I don't bother coz I'm only at work for 5 hours at a stretch so I feed her before and after and she has solids and water in between.]]>

Does that mean you have to feed your baby AND express milk on a Sunday?? Would your boobs get used to that? But what happens on a Friday when you don't need to express milk for the Saturday?? Just wondering how it all works - can anyone share their experiences? Thanks]]>
