When do you normally drop a bottle down to 3 a day??

For the last 2/3 days Joel has been having a big morning sleep (10 - 12) then lunch and bottle then another 2 hrs (2-4) then dinner at about 5pm then his bottle at 6.15 for bed.

He used to fit in another during the afternoon but seems to have dropped that now, so I am giving him 3  (3 x 240mls) bigger bottles instead of 4 (3 x 180mls and 1 x 210ml at bed).

I can't remember when Leah changed but Joel is 8 months this week.
