We started having drink bottles full of water sitting out on the breakfast br and they tend to drink them alot more than if they have to ask for them.... have a try and see how it goes. we have to restrain ayja otherwise she sometimes skulls back the whole bottle in one go!]]>

He also has 200ml of formula first thing.]]>

The RDI is apparently the same for children as for adults but these guys just seem rarely thirsty... when they do drink water, it's usually just a mouthful not a cupful at a time. I'm not sure that they would even drink a litre per day (each) and this was basically the case over summer too.<br /><br />Are they getting enough? Are other kids in this boat?]]>
