Did you get an iron rich recipe booklet in your bounty pack? Otherwise PM me your address and I will send it to you (I'm not keeping it). Basically stick with your meat/veg/pasta dishes but remove his from the pan before adding flavourings (salt, spices, etc). Then chop or puree and leave it to cool while you complete the family meal.]]>
