Thanks everyone for your comments,  Busy Mum, yes I do have a copy of the iron recipes, I've made a few of them but  was wanting a few more ideas as well. 

I have found a copy of the Alison & Simon Holst book on TM with a buy now price so have bought it.

I wouldn't go buying one. Did you get an iron rich recipe booklet in your bounty pack? Otherwise PM me your address and I will send it to you (I'm not keeping it). Basically stick with your meat/veg/pasta dishes but remove his from the pan before adding flavourings (salt, spices, etc).
