    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19176">FionaO</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 24784<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24 February 2009 at 5:55pm<br /><br />Hi,<br /><br />This is probably a very silly question...but I have started making baby food and just wanted to check i'm not missing some important something.<br /><br />So far I am making fruit and sweet potatoe, just boiling it and then mushing it up and then into ice cubes in the freezer all covered up.<br /><br />When I want to feed it to him, do I need to re-heat to boiling point and then wait until a suitable temp to serve or can I just heat up until its warm enough since its got no meat in it.<br /><br />How do you guys make your food?]]>
