My wee hefty boy eats more than one of the normal size muffin cups worth. I take it from freezer and put it in his bowl, microwave it for a minute, add a bit more water to it then thicken it with baby rice/baby musli, and heat for another 10 secs if it needs it.</P>]]>

Be careful to check and stir anything you heat in the microwave as it will have hot spots. I don't heat to boiling point intentionally, but have been known to do it by mistake. Just use the inside of your wrist to check it's not to hot.]]>
