I'm not bravce enough to taste the plain green tea though. Though did anyone watch the news tonight on TV 3? they say that research has validated that if you drink 2x cups of tea a day it can significantly reduce iovarian cancer and 3x cups can drastically reduce the chances of strokes.<img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0"> <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0"> <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0"> You need the tea to brew for minimum of three minutes for the antioxidants to diffuse.<br /><br />Wonder if it includes green tea?<br /><br />Also can someone let me know if I got the ovarian cancer and stroke round the right way?]]>

But it does also have small amounts of caffiene in it. Mindy, I think the mandarin and lime flowers one is by far the best.]]>

You can get green tea that is caffeine free, the healtheries brand is caffeine free- or so there website says. The mandarin and lime flower flavour is reaallly good! And I'm trying the wild raspberry flavour in hopes to TTC.]]>
