Remember that you can go in to Plunket at any time for extra advice or a weigh, etc. But if her weight has recently gone up, that's not necessarily a bad thing either (fits and starts).

From my understand a baby will only eat/drink as much as it needs. i would just follow your babies cue and keep offering her the food.

When Ella was that age she was having about the same amount of food (she is b/f through so can't help with the milk but she was drinking a lot as well).

At each solid feed she i having about half a jar/can of baby food. After her lunch time feed she has a cry and I think she wants more food. So I'll give her a plain cracker or cheese. I just don't know where to stop, I don't want to be over feeding her, but on the other hand I don't want to be under feeding her. My next Plunket appointment is weeks away and I can't find any guidelines anywhere.
I know every child is different, but has anyone got any thoughts?
Thanks!
