My acupuncturist told me about the heat thing, too. She told me that I may be inclined to put my hands on my belly to keep it warm during TWW. Strangely enough, I already do. I've tried sticking my legs up in the air after BDing. DP always looks at me funny then pushes me over. LOL

Going to go buy Kiwifruit and pineapple and book in for acupuncture.

A couple of things I've read (and am trying)..
1000mg of Vitamin C can increase sperm count by 140% in DH
Lying down with a pillow under you or standing on your head can help keep it in after BDing
Apparently it takes 30 minutes for the protective juice (haha sorry) to break away from the sperm so you don't want to lose it!
Eating two kiwifruit a day
I've just started taking baby aspirin, apparently it thins the blood enough to help with implantation
Raspberry leaf tea can help conceive (but i don't think you can take it during the first trimester)

A colleague went to an alternative medicine place and she was told her uterus was too cold!- so she was to put heat on her pelvic area (below belly button) every night for 30 minutes prior to going to bed from AF to Ovulation. As well she had to drink hot drinks and keep her feet warm. The first month she did this she got her BFP, they had been trying for 12 months.

Haven't tried it myself (it's way too hot at the mo) however would be worth a shot if you normally have low temps.

Drinking coke before Bd'ing helps
Grapefruit juice boosts it (the vit c in it)
