I have found hoof shoes good for Charlotte also. You can order online or there may be a stockist near you so you can try them on. All you need are shoes that will stay on without flopping, have 5-10mm at the toes for swelling/growth (without tripping them up), and a sole so soft that it could bend in half if you wanted it to. The best thing is just to get them to try on a couple of pairs and go walking in the shop you're in, and judge for yourself - or ask an attendant for a second opinion - which fit best.]]>

Found heaps of great shoes for half the price and less than the expensive shops. But then Dominic's a tall boy with BIG feet and I knew he would grow out of his shoes very fast!]]>

Liz, those Fisher price shoes are awesome alright. They have durable but very flexible soles.  I find that although my boy is a really good walker now and walks everywhere (and on grass and stuff) he can't handle soles that are too thick and not bendy yet just.  The fisher price ones he walks normally in and they seem real comfy... and they slide on, so he can't undo the velcro and take them off <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> ]]>
